| Jimmy Eat World unveil summer tour Jimmy Eat World have announced a tour of the US which will see them debut new material to audiences in advance of their appearance at Reading and Leeds. The Arizona band have been holed up in the studio working on their third album, the follow-up to 2004's 'Futures' and audiences can expect to hear much of the new material at their headlining shows. Hot Chip to play the Electric Ballroom Hot Chip return with a new album 'Made In The Dark? in early 2008 through EMI Records. 'Made In The Dark? is the amazing & ambidextrous follow up to the massively acclaimed, Mercury Music Prize nominated album 'The Warning? recorded and self-produced during the last six months from their home London studio base. The album contains the mentalist Todd Rundgren sampling anthem 'Shake A Fist? which has already caused a massive stir since it crept out on limited edition etched 12' earlier. Hot Chip will be performing some songs from 'Made in The Dark? at a one off performance on 22nd November - The Electric Ballroom, London. Tickets available below. |
The Coral return with a brand new single The Coral have officially announced their return with the confirmation of their new single 'Who's Gonna Find Me'. The single will be released on July 30, and will be followed by new album 'Roots And Echoes' on August 6. Both the album and the single were recorded at Oasis-owned Wheeler End Studios, and was mixed in London throughout April. Meanwhile, the band will play a string of UK dates this summer, kicking off in Preston in June, and culminating in two slots at V Festival from August 18-19. |
