| Hanson guitarist hospitalised ?anson guitarist Isaac Hanson was hospitalised in Texas yesterday (October 3) after complaining of severe chest pains following a performance in Dallas the previous night. Hanson, 26, the eldest member of the Hanson brothers band, was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, which occurs when a blood clot enters the lungs. He is currently being evaluated by doctors at Baylor University Hospital in Dallas. The band issued a statement saying they will make an announcement about the status of their US tour once doctors have completed their evaluations. |
The Horrors cancel tour with BRMC The Horrors have cancelled a string of dates supporting Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in the US. The London goth rockers were originally set to open for BRMC at several North American shows from May 13 to June 16. They will now play their own headlining dates instead, beginning June 4 in Brooklyn, New York and concluding in Seattle, Washington on June 20. The Horrors are supporting their debut album, 'Strange House', which is due out in the US on May 15. The new headlining dates are: Brooklyn, NY Luna Lounge (June 4) New York, NY Fillmore at Irving Plaza

Queens Of The Stone Age annouce London gig Queens Of The Stone Age are to play a tiny gig in London tomorrow night (May 2). The band will squeeze into the 100 Club on Oxford Street for the gig which will see them showcase new album 'Era Vulgaris' live in the UK for the first time.
